The staff were friendly and helpful. The riad had stylish interiors and a grand atmosphere. Convenient location near the souks. Great value for the price.
Didn't dislike anything about the property.

I booked this hostel for 2 nights prior to meeting up with other friends. Comfortable, friendly, relaxed hostel and, as an older female travelling alone, lots of young people who were happy to talk to me. Staff could not have been more pleasant and helpful. Plan to return with my daughter and other friends soonish. I also stayed in an expensive Riad, which was quite beautiful, but not better. The Equity staff gave expert advice to travellers booking 1-3 day tours. Having lived and traveled in many Arabic countries (10) I would happily chose this hostel again in Marrakech.
Water flow in shower could have been better.

Equity Point is a little oasis in the heart of busy marracesh. Friendly staff clean comfortable rooms and the pool is a god send if you go during the hight of summer. Ideal location for shopping or for a few days on route elsewhere. I would definitely stay there again.

The rooftop terrace and pool were a great place to relax and escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. The views from the terrace were stunning and it was the perfect spot to enjoy a cold drink. The staff were helpful and friendly, always willing to assist with any queries or concerns. the location was convenient, with easy access to the main attractions of the city.
Finding the hotel was a bit of a challenge, especially if arriving later in the day. The lack of clear directions or signage made it difficult to navigate the confusing streets of the city.

This hostel is a hidden gem in the heart of the bustling old town. It's just a stone's throw away from the main square, making it super convenient for exploring the city. the rooms are spacious and comfortable, with air conditioning to beat the Marrakech heat. the staff is incredibly friendly and always ready to help, providing excellent service throughout your stay. And don't miss the rooftop restaurant with its breathtaking views of the city.
The lighting in the rooms could be improved for a more cozy ambiance.

Met many interesting people, slept well, and found answers to all of my questions related to Marrakesh. Would return.
I booked transportation from airport->hostel, but nobody arrived at the airport to pick me up. The manager was fair and refunded me the difference between the price I paid and Eq Pt's transportation fee. I'm pleased

This hostel is truly beautiful and the staff are great. There are many different lounge spaces, both inside and out, the poolside area is so calming after a hot day walking around palaces, tombs and souks. Being so close to everything is a bonus! The rooms are clean with comfy bunk beds with a proper toilet and fantastic pressure shower in the ensuite bathroom.
It's not the easiest to find but if you follow the directions on their website you shouldn't have any problem..the only other thing I would change is to serve breakfast earlier than 8am but that is nothing, it truly is a find.

The location of the hotel by itself gives a touch to the marrakech, its impossible to find without help, its like going through a small maze but you will enjoy once you know the way. Really safe, never felt threatened to walk alone around 3 in the night too, may be entire marrakech is like that. Lot of like minded people, best for people travelling alone, you would meet lot of people to go around with or a drink in the terrace in the evening.
My room was a six sharing room and I stayed there for 3 days and the bathrooms were never cleaned during the 3 days only just the bed and the sheets were folded up. On the trip around Morocco, paying a 200 DH for a room shared by 6 people sounds expensive although its just 20 in €, The other hotels that I stayed in other big cities offered a big room with a double bed for 200€, The swimming pool was not usuable, the water was so cold, may be its just for summer, like other places they dont heat it up. Simply its best if you are alone, You can get a better one if you are more than 2 for the price that you pay here.

The Riad is an oasis in the middle of the medina, nice marrocan archtecture and decoration, clean bedrooms, nice breakfast, very nice swimmingpool and kind staff who gave us lot of tips and helped us to find the hostel when we arrived in marrakesh at 10pm! I would definetely stay there again.

The shower would leak water into the room, a fellow guest had mentioned this but nothing was done about it. The problem is a caused due to the design of the washroom because there is not anything which stops water from the shower to flow out of the bathroom and directly into the room, this could be fixed easily if effort was put into it.
